		<description>SP1 Install Error

This was the error I was getting during the SP1 install after a clean Windows Vista install with my, apparently, dodgy 260GTX still installed.  Needless to say, link 101139 was completely useless.

Everything I googled said it was the system memory.  Not so in this case.</description>
